Upon registration you agree that your email address is valid. By registering with your email address you agree to receive newsletters and advertisements from us. If you want to cancel the E-mail from our company, please inform our service department.
General Prohibitions

Union One Express hold the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above, including without limitation possible infringement of any intellectual property rights and possible security breaches, to the fullest extent of the law.
Union One Express may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate this Agreement. You acknowledge that, although Union One Express has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Service, it has the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Service, to ensure your compliance with this Agreement, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other governmental body.
Union One Express reserves the right at all times to disclose, in its sole discretion, any User Files as necessary to (a) satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request or (b) reduce or prevent what Union One Express considers to be, in its sole discretion, a serious or imminent threat to your health or safety, or the health or safety of another.

Modifications

Applicable Law
By visiting UnionOne-Express.com, you agree that the laws of the United State, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and UnionOne-Express.com
“Consignee”: shall mean the person to whom the Goods are consigned.
We (Union One Express Ltd) are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We will refuse as we see fit. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer.
Duties/Customs taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable. Union One Express is not liable for the incorrect charging of freight, customs duties, levies, etc. not caused by Union One Express
Union One Express shall carefully examine the received packages at its warehouses; however, Union One Express shall not be obliged to verify the contents of transport containers or shipments, we will double check weights and dimensions only. If any ambiguities come to the notice of Union One, we shall clarify as soon as possible by notice to customer.
Union One Express shall in no case be liable for any loss, damage, misdelivery or non-delivery of package sent to its warehouses.
Union One Express shall not be liable for damage caused by an event constituting force majeure, including, but not limited to, war, riots, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, work congestion, scarcity of cargo or weather conditions.
Union One Express shall not be liable for damage or loss as a result of theft of goods not in our possession, custody or control, unless the Customer shows that the theft took place as a result of circumstances which Union One Express, in view of the Contract with the Customer with proof, should have avoided or which he should have foreseen.
In the absence of precise instructions to the contrary or special agreements for packages/items, Union One Express shall be at liberty in its choice of means to be used to organise and perform the services to the best of his abilities according to normal business practice, including the groupage of goods for shipment.
